Cancellation Policy

At Winks.Inc, we value your time and ours. To keep appointments running smoothly and ensure every client receives the best service, please review our policies below: Cancellations & Reschedules • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. No-Call / No-Show • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. A $20 late fee will be added to the remaining balance if you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled time. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation (50% charge). Booking Requirements • A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. • By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize Winks.Inc to process applicable fees.
